Our Story
LSM Designs began with a deep-seated passion for HVAC systems and a commitment to engineering excellence. We recognized early on that success lies in the details—from equipment performance and duct system layouts to precise grille selection. Our journey started 13 years ago, during which we focused on developing the high-level technical skills and attention to detail required for professional-grade design. Over time, we expanded our reach, collaborating with numerous U.S.-based companies and gaining extensive expertise in North American codes and standards.
Today, we provide comprehensive MEP coordination, integrating electrical and plumbing disciplines into our workflow. We specialize in high-precision drafting and BIM (Building Information Modeling) using Revit and AutoCAD.
